By registering a school or submitting a student roster through the EdComp platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and the rules set forth by the acting Contest Director.
Coaches are solely responsible for the accuracy of their student rosters, grade levels, and event assignments. You agree to adhere strictly to the posted Registration Deadlines and Drop/Change Deadlines. Once the registration portal is locked, no new entries may be added without manual override and approval by the Contest Director.
By saving your entries in the dashboard, you are generating an official invoice. You agree that your campus or district is responsible for remitting full payment for the final invoice amount generated prior to the event drop deadline. Unpaid fees may result in the withholding of official results or trophies.
While EdComp strives for 100% uptime during tournament execution, the platform is provided "as is." We recommend downloading or printing your final invoice and roster prior to traveling to the host campus.
