To facilitate tournament logistics and accurate scoring, EdComp collects strictly necessary directory information, including: Coach names, school affiliations, contact information, and student competitor details (First Name, Last Name, Grade, and Event Assignments).
Student and coach data is used exclusively for tournament operation, including roster generation, event scheduling, live scoring, and sweepstakes calculations. We do not use this data for marketing purposes.
We will never sell, monetize, or share your roster data with third parties. Access to live scoring databases is strictly permission-based and limited to the acting Contest Director and authorized judging staff. All results are locked down until the official verification period.
